Sponsorship Executive:

The Sponsorship Executive will work alongside the sales team to drive revenue to reports and events whilst promoting our dedicated conference websites. They will manage the companies cold, warm, and existing prospective leads; the successful candidate will have a well-developed consultative sales approach.

Conference Producer:

The Conference Producer role is to gather commercial research and market intelligence to create a value driven agenda for C-level executives. Once this agenda is written and validated by the industry, you will invite key industry figures and market experts to present briefings and case studies at the conference. Our B2B pharmaceutical conferences aim to offer senior delegates the learning and networking platform to improve their internal capabilities.

The Conference Producer also acts as a project manager, supporting other divisions throughout the campaign to market the conference to both sponsors and delegates, ensuring the commercial success of events.

Delegate Sales Executive:

Following rapid growth TT Group is looking for experienced Delegate Sales Executives to join our vibrant young team. The key purpose of the role will be selling delegate passes at our future events to high level executives from the life science industry. The successful candidate will take their seat amongst the companies’ delegate acquisition team with full training provided. Our current team benefit from weekly and monthly incentives whilst developing their careers with us.

Events Coordinator:

This is a dynamic role that will include a wide-range of responsibilities. The Events Coordinator is responsible for supporting the events team in the planning and delivery of our corporate conferences. Currently being held virtually we hope to return to live conferences when permitted. Therefore, the correct candidate must be able to travel internationally. With 15 events a year, an exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask are essential in this role. The events coordinator will report directly to the Head of Events for all day-to-day activities and work closely alongside the Event Director at each stage of the event. You will need to have excellent organisation & communication skills, be self-motivated, with a meticulous attention to detail, taking pride & accountability in your work and are someone who can be relied upon to deliver the task at hand. Speaker acquisition:

To project manage speakers, produce and deliver conferences which meet the needs of our members in both content and seamless speaker experience from their inception to completion. With main job remit to project management and communicate effectively with all conference speakers from point of confirmation to ensure all assets, presentations, and speakers have a seamless experience and are assisted to deliver high quality content. To also produce a small proportion of the conference, including, undertaking focused member and stakeholder research, write compelling conference programmes and associated copy, recruiting speakers, organize all speakers on site and to assume ownership for the speakers end-to-end process of running successful conferences.

Office Manager:

 The Office Manager will be responsible for the efficient functioning of the office on a day to day basis through a range of administrative, managerial and HR tasks. The overall goal is to enable the specialist teams to specialise in their roles on a regular basis by removing unrelated work from their desk. The candidate should be able to liaise between all departments of the company be it design, events, production, content, website, and management.
